Typically within 24–48 hours. During busy periods (holidays, site launches), it may take up to 72 hours. If you don't hear back in 3 days, your email may have landed in spam — please resend or try a different subject line.
Can you help name my specific pet?
Absolutely! Tell us your pet's breed, gender, personality traits, and any preferences you have (e.g., "I want a food-themed name" or "something Japanese"). I'll personally suggest 5–10 names tailored to your pet. This is my favorite kind of email.
Do you offer paid naming consultations?
Not currently — all our naming help is completely free. If you need extra assistance, just email us with details about your pet and we'll help as best we can at no charge.
Can I submit a guest article or name list?
We occasionally accept guest contributions from veterinarians, shelter workers, and experienced pet breeders. Send us a brief pitch with your background and topic idea. We do not accept AI-generated content or paid guest posts.
Do you provide veterinary advice?
No. We are pet naming experts, not veterinarians. If your pet needs medical attention, please contact your veterinarian or an emergency animal hospital immediately. We cannot diagnose health issues or provide medical guidance.
